What are the opening hours?List Item 1
Please see our play session page for details of each session. You can arrive at any point during the session however each session must end promptly at the stated time to allow us time to prepare for the next session.
We do hold private parties and so are closed to other guests at these times. For the most up to date information please follow us on social media.

Can I transfer my booked play session?
Play sessions can be transferred once to another date and time. This must be done using the 'ticket options' function on your booking confirmation sent via email at least 1 hour before the start time of your booked session.

Is there parking on site?List Item 4
We have our own car park which does fill up quickly. There is overflow parking availble on the road.

How much does a party cost?List Item 2
Parties are charged per child so the price will be determined by the number of children who attend. We will call 48 hours before the party to confirm final numbers.

When do I pay for my party?
For our standard and private parties, the full balance less any deposit is payable upon your arrival.

Can I arrange for a face painter / character to visit my child at their party?List Item 3
Yes, we want your child's party to be special for them. We do need to know in advance if you have arranged this. The visitor will need to provide us with their public liability insurance ahead of the party. Please discuss this with us when booking your party.
